Ronda
Bedgood (Ensemble) is a native Chicagoan and graduate of
Northeastern Illinois University.
She has been a member of A Real Read since the early days and has
toured nationally with the group. Ronda has contributed both on stage
and behind the scenes for most of the company's productions. As a
local Chicago actor, she's been on the scene for the past nine years
with much success. Ronda has graced several local stages such as the
Bailiwick,
The
Black Ensemble Theatre and ETA
to name a few. The films that you may have seen her in include, A
Touch of Death, the award winning One Week, Living With
Pride: Ruth Ellis @100, and most recently the made-for-television
drama Kevin's Room. In addition to the Chicago scene and her
work with the ensemble, Ronda has performed at the 1999 Women's
Campfest and the 2000 National Women's Music Festival. One place you
may have seen the 5'2, 110 lb actress and not realized it is at the
Chicago Children's
Museum at Navy Pier as none other than the notorious Cat in
the Hat. Ronda feels blessed and honored to be member of A Real
Read.
